meet our pet care providers!

Dr. Jennifer Carl-Howard-Veterinarian

Dr. Carl is a 1989 doctoral graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the Animal Clinic of Wilmore in 1991 and opened the Animal Clinic of Equestrian Woods in 1995. As a current member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, she has a special interest in veterinary dentistry and animal behavior.

Sarah - Practice Manager/Accountant

Sarah has been employed here at the Animal Clinic at Equestrian Woods since 1998. She resides in Nicholasville with her husband Mark, 3 children, 3 dogs, and cats. Some of her hobbies include: daily running, swimming, and gardening.

Phyllis - Office Manager, Receptionist

Phyllis has been with us since 1990. She brings vast knowledge of pet care and nutrition to share with clients. She is the customer care specialist for our Wilmore location.

Brandi - Receptionist/ Veterinary Technician

Brandi started with the Animal Clinic in 2006. She is a customer care specialist and inventory manager. She has vast knowledge of pet foods and nutrition.

DeAnna - Licensed Veterinary Technician

DeAnna joined our team in 2004 as a veterinary technician. She is working toward completeing her master degree in public health. She has a special interest in dentistry and clinical pathology and has been accepted to Auburn's 2014 class of future veterinarians.

Jordan - Veterinary Assistant

Jordan began as a volunteer with our clinic in 2003 and has been a part-time team member as she completes her degree at Transylvania University. She has been accepted to Auburn's 2014 class of veterinarians.

 

Kimberly - Veterinary Technician

Kimberly joined our team in 2007. She has broad knowledge of all aspets of pet and client care. She has a total of years of veterinary experience.

 

Michele is the newest team member after joining us in the fall of 2009. She has five years of veterinary experience to share with our clients.
